The Holden

Our newest floorplan, the Holden, was created specifically for Watermark with both grandeur and functionality front of mind.  As you enter the home you are greeted with a vaulted two storey foyer as well as views that extend beyond the dining room to the stunning scenery in the backyard.  A large study is adjacent to the entrance with large windows and a vaulted ceiling.  The generous width of the lots in this community allowed for oversized rooms across the back, a great room, dining room and kitchen.  The butlers pantry located beside the kitchen is truly an additional prep and storage space perfect for a family that loves to entertain.  Finishing off the main floor is a large walk-in closet and mudroom located off the triple-car garage.
